  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team begins processing your order immediately to ensure a swift delivery.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM on Friday or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping Ireland:
    • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days
    • Cost: €19.99

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, postal delays, or high demand periods.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently DO NOT ship Worldwide but may in the future.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and charges. These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website or through your account on our site.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.
  • If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you directly to discuss alternative options.

6. Delays and Issues

  • Shipping Delays: If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email. We strive to resolve any shipping issues as quickly as possible.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at email/contact page, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@lovesuits.ie Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
